Ψήφισμα Σημερα στις 29 Μαΐου 2004 στο Ατλαντικ Σιτυ, Νεας Ιερσεης και στα πλαισια της Διεξαγωγης του 50^ου Συνεδριου των Χιακων Σωματειων Αμερικης και Καναδα, αποφασισαμε ομοφωνα οι αντιπροσωποι ολων των Χιακων Σωματειων που απαρτιξουν τα ΧΣΑ&Κ να εκδοσουμε το παρον ψηφισμα με το εξεις περιεχομενο: «Η ολομέλεια των Χιακών Σωματείων Αμερικής και Καναδά, ομοφώνως αποφασίζει όπως υποστηρίξει τις εργασίες της Νομαρχιακής Αυτοδιοίκησης και το πάγιο αίτημα του Χιώτικου λαού για την επέκταση του Κρατικού Αερολιμένα Χίου. Πολύδορας Λαμπρινούδης Επιμελητήριο Χίου Ομογενειακά και Χιακά ΜΜΕ Resolution Whereas, The CSA&C convene on Saturday, May 29, 2004, for the 50^th National Convention in Atlantic City, NJ; Whereas, A firsthand observation by the CSA&C regarding the unsafe and dangerous conditions of the Chios Airport, constituting in series of hazards for the residents of Chios Town and the passengers of the airplanes throughout the Chios Airport; Whereas, The Prefecture of Chios and the Chian people support the expansion of the Chios Airport; Whereas, In the sense of this Convention; Resolved, That the Delegates to the Chios Societies of America and Canada, 50th National Convention, at Atlantic City, New Jersey, on Saturday, May 29, 2004, unanimously decide to support the work of the Prefecture of Chios and the standing demand of the Chian people, for the extension of the Chios Airport; Resolved, That the extension is needed to make the Airport safe based on all international specifications.
